The complex system landscape, including all customer enhancements, has upgraded from SAP TM 9.1 to SAP TM 9.5. It also included the integration of SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS), SAP Environment Health & Safety Management (SAP EH&S), SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM), SAP Process Integration (SAP PI) and an independent warehouse system.
Our TM team solved over 100 OSS incidents and the resulting new SAP Notes in close cooperation with the SAP support and development team. In addition to the delivery integration from SAP ERP, the TM processes used included the construction of freight units, automated planning, transport cockpit performance optimization, operation of various interfaces, freight cost calculation, and FSD integration into SAP ERP.
logventus supervised the complete project cycle from planning to implementation with a subsequent test to go / live and the final hypercare. The biggest challenges that the team successfully faced were the new complex processes that had to be taken into account in the revision and the coordination with the numerous different departments and companies to keep to the tight schedule. In the end, the entire team was able to look forward to a successful go-live, praise and a request to participate in a later project.
