The Familienunternehmer

You can't do it without us! DIE FAMILIENUNTERNEHMER is the strong voice of entrepreneurship. We represent the economic policy interests of 180,000 family entrepreneurs in Germany, who employ eight million people, who in turn are subject to social insurance contributions.
We are the economy! We have been effectively advocating the interests of German family businesses since 1949.
Our voice is being heard. More and more politicians are recognizing that family businesses are the backbone of the social market economy. Even regular people "on the street" also know why they trust family businesses: We are governed by the family business principle. Risk and liability are one and protect against overconfidence and from becoming overindebted.

"Waldpiraten"-Camp of the German Childrens' Cancer Foundation

We support the "Waldpiraten"- Camp of the German Childrens' Cancer Foundation in Heidelberg. Since the camp was founded in 2003, it has been a unique success story in Germany. During that time, several thousand children suffering from cancer have been able to take part in the offered and always fully booked camp leisure activities. These activities enable the children to recover from the stressful therapy and gain strength and courage for the journey after their treatment.
Every year at Christmas time we support this charitable foundation with a donation to help children with cancer.

SKD's "Grünes Gewölbe"

As friends of the Grünes Gewölbe e.V. we support the world renowned museum in Dresden.

"The famous treasure chamber is a visitor magnet with a world reputation that is second to none." (Quote from Prof. Dr. Dirk Syndram, Director Green Vault and Armory).

Gold, rock crystals and diamonds sparkle in this treasure chamber of Augustus the Strong, which the Saxon Elector and Duke, who later became King of Poland, had built between 1723 and 1730 - even then with the aim of presenting his most valuable precious objects and treasures to the public. Today, the Green Vault combines old and new: while the Historic Green Vault on the first floor of the Residence Palace allows visitors to immerse themselves in the authentically restored rooms of the Treasury, the New Green Vault, one floor further up, displays the very special individual pieces - impressively illuminated behind glass.
